Verona Homewear Return & Exchange Policy

  • Inspect at the Door (Partial Delivery): Check your items while the courier waits. Keep what fits, return the rest immediately, and only pay for the items you keep plus shipping.

  • 14-Day Returns & Exchanges: Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days to exchange or return items. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags securely attached.

  • Hygiene Exceptions: For your safety, panties, pantyhose, and intimate bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged. Bras and homewear sets are fully eligible for exchange.

  • Shipping Fees: Standard delivery fees apply for size or color exchanges. If you receive a defective item or a totally different product than what you ordered, we cover all shipping and exchange costs.
